REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions to the Connily platform, whether purchased through our website (connily.com) or the Shopify App Store.
By subscribing to Connily, you agree to this policy.
Free Trial
All new users are eligible for a free trial period. The free trial gives you the opportunity to fully evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.
- Your free trial begins after you complete the onboarding process
- During the trial, you have full access to evaluate whether Connily is right for your business
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged
We strongly encourage you to evaluate the Service thoroughly during your free trial period.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
If You Subscribed via Our Website
- Cancel through your account settings within the Connily app
- Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
If You Subscribed via Shopify App Store
You have two options to cancel:
Option 1: Cancel via Shopify Subscription Management (Recommended)
- Go to your Shopify admin panel → Settings → Billing → Subscriptions
- Cancel your Connily subscription from there
- You will retain access to Connily until the end of your current billing period
Option 2: Uninstall the Shopify App
- Warning: Uninstalling the Connily app will cancel your subscription AND immediately terminate your access to the Service
- You will lose access to Connily instantly, even if you have remaining time in your billing period
- If you wish to retain access until the end of your billing period, do not uninstall the app — use Option 1 instead
Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees paid.
This includes:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Annual subscription fees
- Partial billing periods after cancellation
- Unused time remaining on your subscription
Why No Refunds?
We offer a free trial period specifically so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. By subscribing after your free trial, you confirm that:
- You have had sufficient opportunity to assess whether Connily meets your needs
- You are satisfied with the Service and wish to continue using it
- You accept responsibility for your purchase decision
Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us at hello@connily.com within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if an error occurred on our end, issue a correction.
